Preheat oven 350F
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and let sit in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
Remove from fridge, roll into balls, and set on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with sea salt and cook 10-12 minutes
They should still be soft when you take them out!
Let them cool and they’ll finish firming up
