Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Xanthan gum
  • 1 1/4 Cup almond flour
  • 1/4 Cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 Cup sweetener of your choice
  • 1-2 @thegoodchocolate bars

Preparation

Mix all the Scone dough ingredients and stir well

Separate the dough into small squares

Put 1 square of The Good Chocolate inside the scone dough 🙂

Shape the dough around the chocolate square so that the chocolate isn’t exposed

Bake for 15 minutes at 350F

Drizzle with melted chocolate on top :). (Tip for melting chocolate: put chocolate in microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 15 seconds. Take out and try to stir with spoon. Keep microwaving for 15 sec until the chocolate begins to melt and becomes runny. Limit microwave time to 15 sec so you won’t burn it along the way).
