Ingredients
Preparation
Mix up scone dough with whisk or mixer
Roll it into 3-inch flat “pancakes”
Press square of The Good Chocolate on top of pancake, and roll dough all the way around to cover it
Add to non-stick baking sheet or greased baking pan
Bake for 15 minutes @ 350F to get a perfectly chewy scone
For frosting, melt a few squares of The Good Chocolate and add a teaspoon of coconut oil – whisk and drizzle on top (after baking).
Serve and enjoy!
